These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VSF Screeners, a software product operated by Vardan School of Finance ("VSF", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
VSF Screeners is a data-analysis and educational software tool. It scans market data and lists stocks that match pre-defined, publicly described technical conditions. The output is a statistical summary generated automatically by software.
Nothing on this platform is investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, or a tip to buy or sell any security. Vardan School of Finance is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and does not provide portfolio management, advisory, or execution services. All trading decisions are entirely your own.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Because access to the product is granted immediately and in full on payment, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rata credit for unused time — including if you change your mind, stop using the tool, or lose access due to a breach of these terms.
The only exceptions are genuine payment errors: if you are charged more than once for the same subscription, or money is debited without access being granted, write to us and we will verify and return the excess amount to the original payment method.
We aim to keep the scanners running on every trading day, but this is a best-effort service. Market data reaches us through a third-party data provider and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Downtime, data gaps, missed matches, or maintenance windows do not entitle you to a refund or extension.
Trading and investing in securities carries a real risk of loss, including loss of your entire capital. Past patterns do not predict future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSF is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
The software, screening logic, interface, branding, and educational material on this platform belong to Vardan School of Finance. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the product during your subscription — nothing more.
We may suspend or terminate an account that shares credentials, redistributes output, abuses the service, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. No refund is due in such cases.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The revised version takes effect once published on this page, with the "last updated" date changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
