1. Who we are
Vardan School of Finance ("we", "us") operates vardansf.com and provides educational content and market analysis tools. We are based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Not investment advice
We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and no recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security is made.
Our scanners surface setups that match a rule. Our classes teach you to read a chart. Every decision you take, and every outcome of it, is yours.
3. Markets carry risk
Trading and investing carry risk, including the loss of your capital. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. One account is for one person. Sharing your login, or sharing class recordings, may end your access without a refund.
5. Payments and access
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed and lasts for the period you paid for. Prices may change; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies to you.
6. Refunds
There is no refund once access has opened, because access begins immediately. This is why the free YouTube content and the free call exist — use both before you decide.
The one exception: if you were charged twice for the same thing, write to support@vardansf.com and the extra charge is returned.
7. Course material
Class recordings, notes and material are for your own learning. You may not record, download, re-share, resell or publish them. Recordings carry your name and number, so a leak can be traced.
8. Service availability
We try to keep the scanner running through every trading session, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted — exchange feeds, brokers and hosting can all fail. An interruption does not create a right to a refund.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
