This section explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
To create and secure your account, activate and verify your subscription, provide support, send service-related messages, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment gateway (to process payments), our market-data provider (which receives no personal data about you), and our hosting provider. Each handles data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form. The site runs over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as legal, tax, or dispute-resolution needs require.
You may ask us to correct your details, or to delete your account and personal data, by writing from your registered email. Deleting an active account does not create a refund entitlement (see the refund policy in our Terms & Conditions). Some records may be retained where the law requires it.
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
